01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the kiara32 platform — including the website at kiara32.lat, any associated mobile applications, or third-party integrations facilitated by kiara32 — you accept these Terms unconditionally. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered members, and anyone interacting with kiara32's services in any capacity.

Your continued use of kiara32's platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. We recommend checking this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account with kiara32, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. kiara32 strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction in accordance with Malaysian gaming standards. Any member found to be underage will have their account immediately closed and all funds forfeited or returned at kiara32's sole discretion.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility — not kiara32's — to verify this before registering.
• You are registering on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from kiara32 or any affiliated platform.
• You are not a director, employee, contractor, or close family member of kiara32 or any of its associated service providers.

Each individual may hold only one registered account on kiara32. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the voiding of any pending withdrawals or bonuses.

03 Account Management

Upon successful registration, you are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of all information provided to kiara32. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian identity card or passport number, residential address, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

kiara32 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including but not limited to a copy of your MyKad (Malaysian identity card), utility bill, or bank statement. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the stipulated timeframe may have withdrawal privileges suspended until the process is finalised.

You are solely responsible for all activity carried out under your account. Keep your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) strictly confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact kiara32 support immediately at [email protected].

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on kiara32 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support the following local payment methods: Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Touch 'n Go (TnG) eWallet, DuitNow, FPX, Boost, and GrabPay. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method.

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit, in line with standard anti-money laundering (AML) protocols. kiara32 targets withdrawal processing within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to identity verification status and the nature of the transaction.

• Withdrawals may be delayed if your account has not completed KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
• kiara32 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal.
• Attempting to circumvent withdrawal restrictions through third-party accounts or payment methods not linked to your profile will result in account suspension.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once funds have been allocated to your account balance. Contact support promptly if an error occurs.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

kiara32 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tailored for Malaysian festive periods. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, which shall be read in conjunction with these general Terms.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, the following general bonus rules apply across kiara32:

• Bonuses must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "rollover requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Rollover requirements will be clearly stated per promotion.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first; bonus funds are applied only once your real-money balance reaches zero.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while an existing one is active may result in the forfeiture of the current bonus.
• kiara32 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided such changes do not adversely affect bonuses already in progress for existing members.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, will result in disqualification and possible permanent account closure.

06 Wagering Rules

All bets placed on kiara32 — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, sports events, or other offerings — are final once confirmed. By confirming a bet, you accept the stated odds, game rules, and relevant terms at that moment in time. Requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets will not be entertained except in the event of a documented system error on kiara32's part.

kiara32 maintains the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• A manifest pricing or odds error has occurred and is verifiable in system logs.
• The relevant sporting event, match, or fixture has been suspended, cancelled, or interrupted in a manner that affects the integrity of the market.
• Evidence of match-fixing, corruption, or any other integrity concern affecting the outcome of the event is identified by kiara32 or a recognised sporting integrity body.
• Regulatory or licensing requirements compel kiara32 to void specific markets in specific jurisdictions.

In all cases where bets are voided, stakes will be returned to the member's account balance within a reasonable timeframe.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on kiara32's platform. Engaging in any of the actions listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and the forfeiture of all balances — including both real-money and bonus funds:

• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to interact with kiara32's platform in a manner not explicitly authorised by kiara32.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional offers.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise tamper with kiara32's software, servers, or security systems.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your kiara32 account.
• Money laundering or any other activity designed to obscure the origin of funds deposited or withdrawn via kiara32.
• Creating or operating duplicate accounts, whether under your own identity or a fictitious one.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing kiara32 staff, support agents, or other members through any communication channel.

kiara32 cooperates fully with relevant law enforcement and regulatory authorities. In cases involving suspected financial crime or fraud, kiara32 will share relevant account data with the appropriate Malaysian authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

08 Intellectual Property

All content available on the kiara32 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the website — is the property of kiara32 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use kiara32's platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of kiara32's content without express written permission from kiara32.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kiara32 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, service interruptions, or any losses resulting from your reliance on information obtained through kiara32's platform.

kiara32 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond kiara32's reasonable control (including internet service disruptions experienced by players in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, or any other location in Malaysia) may result in temporary unavailability.

10 Privacy & Data

kiara32 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the kiara32 Privacy Policy. You may review the full Privacy Policy at any time via the footer of our website.

kiara32 may share your data with third-party service providers (including payment processors, KYC verification providers, and fraud prevention services) where necessary to deliver our services, comply with legal obligations, or protect the integrity of the platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which kiara32 holds its operating licence. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through kiara32's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body, as designated by kiara32 from time to time.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under Malaysian law or the law of your country of residence.

13 Amendments to These Terms

kiara32 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, kiara32 will notify registered members via email and/or a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will take effect from the date indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of kiara32 after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
